BEST PRACTICES

1. Please make sure you are using Chrome as your browser.
2. If you are using a PowerPoint / Keynote, please make sure it is open before submitting the join button.
3. When you join now you will see a screen that lets you choose your camera and audio, and a place for your name in a box. Please make your choices and have the presentation open.
4. Turn off your audio on Facebook, YouTube, etc. BEFORE choosing to join. Otherwise, you will get "slapback:"(echo).
5. It is best to use earphones or headset for your audio.
6. You will not need to use or have open Zoom.
7. You need to focus on the window you will be placed into as this is the actual broadcast.

PRESENTATION REMINDERS

1. Please look directly into the camera and not down so you connect with your audience.
2. Be close to the microphone so your audience can hear you.
